At Lake Kinzie Industrial Business Council, We are an independent, economic development organization focused on small business advocacy and removing barriers that inhibit small businesses and their surrounding communities from revitalization and sustainable growth.
We are also a City of Chicago Delegate Agency contracted to provide assistance and information to small businesses on available City of Chicago Programs and services. We also conduct meetings and gather data to help us better serve our business community in eliminating barriers to doing business in Chicago.
As Your City of Chicago Designated Delegate Agency for Westside Industrial Businesses, we work with and partner with a wide variety of several businesses, financial institutions, real estate advisors/ brokers, city and state officials providing a voice and vision for the industrial businesses, conveying their business interests and needs as well as promoting and providing assistance with City and State funding resources, services and programs.

Ø We are Your centralized resource to organize and prioritize issues important to the Westside Industrial Business community and act on your behalf. Provide a forum to encourage future improvements and assistance with the cooperation and assistance of the overall industrial business community.

services that are truly established to assist businesses

you make a donation to help support the great work that we do to help
pay the costs of administering our services that we hope will improve
the your overall and day-to-day experience as a business owner.
Currently we are working with businesses within the Northwest
Industrial Corridor and businesses within our general service area on the
Greater Westside. Our service area generally includes but is
not limited to working with industrial businesses & community stakeholder in
areas south of Chicago Ave., including & north Harrison St., west of Kedzie, and east of Austin. If you are a business outside
of our service area, we will let you know what agencies and resources
are available to you.

Business-Community Relations by facilitating informative & positive
